48 Beaumont Avenue was acquired by Respond! Housing and Conneally Group won the open tender to completely tranform the existing single-storey, three-bedroom dwelling into a home for assisted living. Complete with 3 no. accessible ensuite bedrooms and communal kitchen area. Each internal door was fitted with an automatic opening and closing device. Partial replacement of the windows and doors, including a fully accessible front and back door complete with access ramps. Full electrical re-wire and plumbing were also carried out.
