Conneally Group is a growing construction company based in Ireland, delivering quality building and civil works across residential, commercial, and infrastructure projects. We are looking for experienced Carpenters to join our specialist team.
The Role
We are seeking experienced, skilled and reliable Carpenters to join our growing team, delivering high-quality refurbishment, fit-out and construction projects throughout Ireland. This is a full-time, site-based position offering the opportunity to work on a diverse range of commercial and residential projects as part of a professional, safety-focused team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out first and second fix carpentry to a high standard.
- Install doors, skirting, architraves, flooring and general joinery.
- Fit kitchens, wardrobes and bespoke joinery where required.
- Read and interpret drawings and specifications.
- Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised work area.
- Work collaboratively with site management, colleagues and other trades to deliver projects on time.
Requirements
- Minimum five years’ full-time carpentry experience.
- Proven experience in first and second fix carpentry.Experience fitting kitchens and wardrobes is a distinct advantage.
- Valid Safe Pass card and Manual Handling Certificate.
- Own transport and carpentry tools are essential.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Authorised to work in Ireland.
- Good working knowledge of English is essential.
- Strong commitment to health and safety standards. Health and Safety training would be an advantage.
- Must be authorised to work in Ireland.
- Ability to work on-site and travel as required.
