Health & Safety Policy

At CMR, Health and Safety is our first priority.  We are committed to providing a safe and healthy working environment for our employees and to ensuring the health and safety of our customers and members of the public who may be affected by our operations. Ongoing employee training and safety reviews are an integral part of our business.

Our employees’ training records are documented and maintained up-to-date and we prepare site-specific documentation such as a health & safety statement and method statement for each project to enable us to assess and manage risks effectively.  We are fully insured and C2 certified.

Quality Policy

Conneally Maintenance & Refurbishment’s quality policy is to provide competitive products and services of the highest standards of performance and reliability. By achieving this goal the company will consistently satisfy the needs and expectations of its customers, meet statutory and regulatory requirements, and achieve business success.

This level of quality is achieved through adoption of a quality management system compliant with ISO 9001:2008 that reflects the competence of the Company to existing customers, potential customers, and independent authorities.

Achievement of this policy involves all staff being individually responsible for the quality of their work, resulting in a continual improvement culture and working environment for all. This policy is provided and explained to each employee by the Contracts Team.

To ensure success of this policy the Contracts Team is directly responsible for providing organisation and support, equipment and facilities, training and education of all employees, reviewing and auditing performance, and driving continuous improvement.
