Project Description:
Demolition and enabling works to a vacant unit in Wellpark Retail & Leisure Centre. Full strip-out of existing finshes. The unit comprised a ground-floor and mezzanine level. The existing ground-floor unit was sub-divided into two commercial units with the mezzanine level sepearated and allocated to future works to the adjacent hotel. All electrical and fire alarm works were divided to accommodate both units. The entire front and side elevations were fitted with a new curtain walling system which had to be matched up with the existing cladding. A rear entrance was formed for access to the second unit and for rear access to the main unit, which is now home to DFS Galway.
