Project Description:
All works carried out mostly during night-time hours.
External Concourse / Main Entrance

Clean out all gutters, hoppers, downpipes, gullies & drainage channels; repair loose / raised paving; clean down & re-paint external walls, external woodwork, metal & composite finishes, metal fixtures, internal walls in Booking Office; remove & reinstate all signage.

Internal Concourse Areas & Stairwells

Repair entrance matting; clean out gullies & drainage channels, ensure correct fitting of grids; clean down all walls & remove growth below weep holes; clean down & re-paint internal walls, ceilings & arches / vaults, woodwork, metal, composite finishes & fixtures; replace timber casing adj to escalator; clean down & re-paint all handrails; deep clean all stair treads to remove chewing-gum etc; clean down & re-paint stair nosings and risers.

Platforms 1 & 2

Repair all loose / raised paving on platforms; remove & replace to spec all non-compliant tactile paving; remove graffiti; clean out gullies & drainage channels; remove all vegetation from platform surfaces & walls; repair damaged & missing brickwork in walls; clean down & re-paint all external masonry walls, metal cladding, supporting columns to canopies; external woodwork, metal & composite finishes & fixtures; clean down & re-paint all yellow & white lines, "Mind The Gap" text & zig-zag markings on both platforms.

External Perimeter of Station

Remove all vegetation; repair damaged & missing brickwork & stonework to walls incl. arches, capping, ledges etc.; clean out all gutters, hoppers, downpipes, gullies & drainage channels; ensure correct fitting of grids; remove graffiti; clean down & re-paint all extrenal masonry walls, metal cladding, external woodwork, metal & composite finishes & fixtures.
