Strip defective roof covering & timber chipboard; strip off existing timber structure which forms the soffit to the overhang of the roof; form new structural support to new marine ply roof about soffit location; carry out local repairs where existing lead flashing has cracked; install new powder-coated flashing to underside of existing windows; decoration works to timber fascia;

Strip defective roof covering & timber chipboard; install new marine plyboard to entire roof fixed to existing structure metal deck; install new mineral felt to new timber deck; replace existing defective lead flashing; install new powder-coated flashing to underside of existing windows; form new drainage channel identical to existing; repair / replace existing timber window cills; decoration works to cills & timber fascia.
